Apple Cider Vinegar on Pimples - An Effective Treatment?

Apple Cider Vinegar is a home remedy for a number of ailments. It has been around for decades.
Not only does apple cider work on pimples but it also helps combat allergies to food, pets and the environment. You can combat a sinus infection with apple cider vinegar, high cholesterol, acid reflux a sore throat, gout, arthritis and chronic fatigue. Apple cider vinegar also helps break down your body fat and so many use it to help lose weight. There are those that report that they’re daily apple cider vinegar brought their high blood pressure done to a manageable level in just two weeks.
You can even give apple cider vinegar to your cats, dogs and horses, to help combat their arthritis, their fleas and the onslaught of barn flies.
What makes apple cider vinegar especially good for the reduction of pimples is that it contains the anti-oxidant bacteria fighting and anti-inflammatory ingredients of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin A, beta carotene, bioflavonoids from Vitamin P, and three B vitamins. It also has trace elements and minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron and phosphorus. Not only will the pimples go away thanks to your daily dose of apple cider vinegar but your skin will have a healthy and rosy glow as a result.
The only drawback to taking apple cider vinegar for your pimples is the taste. Some have found tasty ways around the problem, however. The standard does is two tablespoons in an eight ounce glass of water three times each day. You can add honey to make it taste better. One user, however, suggested mixing it with apple juice, which not only makes it taste like apple cider but gives you the antioxidant effect of the apple juice as well.
